With all purchases and orders, a contract for the sale of any Goods is only formed based on the below term:

– Platinum Runway has accepted the Order and has responded to the order request with communication with a formal acceptance of the order by a confirmation email to you.
Platinum Runway is under no obligation to accept any order placed by you.

Platinum Runway provides full refunds for Goods purchased online if the Goods:
(a) Are faulty, not of acceptable industry quality, or unsafe;
(b) Do not match the description of the Goods given on the site or by a given to you by a Platinum Runway representative.
Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order, you agree to:
(a) Provide your full name, phone number, e-mail address, billing information and all other information specified on the order form on the site
(b) Warrant that you are the person referred to in the billing information provided
(c) Expressly authorise Platinum Runway to perform a deduction of credit card payment or credit check in relation to you and expressly authorise Platinum Runway to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties including information about your credit/debit card number your credit report and credit worthiness, your identity and the authorisation of the transaction
Whilst Platinum Runway makes every effort to ensure the availability of goods offered on the site, Platinum Runway cannot and does not guarantee the availability of Goods
Notwithstanding you may place an order for any goods, and Platinum Runway may have communicated its acceptance of such an order, in the event the goods of order are not available for any reason Platinum Runway will communicate with you via email to either offer an alternate product, provide you with future availability dates, offer a credit refund for the paid amount.
You have no rights against Platinum Runway in respect of any orders placed.
The payment methods that we accept are Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. No Orders will be accepted until payment has been received in full. We may contact you to verify your personal details before dispatching your goods for delivery.
You received a payment receipt for confirmation of payment.
A product may not meet your expectations if:
– The product does not work
– The product is a damaged product, at times products are unfortunately received by you damaged in transit/shipping
– Missing Parts or components and defective
– The colour of the product is different from the image shown (Note all computer monitors and mobile phone screens do differ in colour)
– The quality of the product is below industry standard or online specification

Sale items are items that are discounted off the original recommended retail price (RRP). Please ensure you comply with the specific conditions set out in the Product Terms and this Terms and Conditions. Items must be refunded within 10 business days.
Any goods returned by a customer to Platinum Runway are at the sole risk and cost of the customer. The customer must bear the cost and expense of any loss of or damage to any goods that are returned. The customer must, and undertake to ensure, that any goods returned to Platinum Runway are sent by registered post with an effective tracking facility, and use the labels provided by Platinum Runway with the original order of goods and include the completed return documentation provided by Platinum Runway.
To Return an Item
You have 10 business days from the date of receipt to return the item.
You must first register your request by emailing email@example.com, you will be presented with a return authorisation number (RA#) and return form. All details must be completed and enclosed with the returned goods. The goods must be wrapped in the original packaging and returned by registered post to Platinum Runway in the below format:

Change of Mind Returns & Exchange
Please select your item carefully as we do not offer a change of mind or exchange service, any items purchased incorrectly will not have a refund option available once the payment is processed or delivered.
Express Shipping is provided by Australia Post within Australia.
Once our team received the funds, within 24 hours of purchase the item will be processed and shipped via Australia Post.
Please allow 2-5 business days for express shipping Australia-wide.
International shipping is available at special request, please contact us for international special delivery.
Whilst Platinum Runway makes every effort to ensure that delivery times are adhered to, you agree that any delivery date specified in any order or confirmation of order is not guaranteed and may be changed at the sole and absolute discretion of Platinum Runway.
As we use third party delivery companies we rely on third party delivery companies to deliver the goods to you. Platinum Runway cannot in any way be held responsible for items not delivered within the expected dates or delayed as we have no physical control over delays caused by third party postage companies.
You agree that all delivery costs are charged in addition to the price of the goods for the Order and that delivery costs are as expressly marked at checkout.
You also agree if an item is not delivered to the correct address supplied by you or the person/place not available for acceptance delivery, at our discretion we may or may not charge a re-delivery fee for the goods.

‘Phishing’ is when a malicious third party attempts to get you to reveal personal information by asking for that information in unsolicited communications, which are often made to appear to be from a legitimate source.
Platinum Runway will never send you an unsolicited email asking for:
- Usernames and passwords
- Bank account numbers
- Pin numbers
- Full credit card numbers
- First names or surnames of family members
- Your birthday
- Platinum Runway emails you receive will all end in “@platinumrunway.com” If you believe an email you’ve received claiming to be from Platinum Runway may be a phishing scam, please contact our customer service team.
We may offer promotional discount codes to be used on the site subject to special conditions specified at the time of issue.
Platinum Runway uses reasonable endeavours to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the Site are accurate however, errors may occur. If Platinum Runway discovers an error in the price of any goods that you have ordered, we will notify you immediately and offer you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or to cancel your order. In the case that we cannot get in contact with you, we will cancel the order and refund you in full. The site may contain errors and inaccuracies and we reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies and to update information at any time without any notice. If an order sent from Platinum Runway to the customer is not delivered for any reason including due to a fault of the courier or delivery service, Platinum Runway must be subject to the original conditions applicable to acceptance of the Order:
(a) Replace the item
(b) Refund the customer in full, or
(c) Issue a credit note for the full amount

Applicable Australian goods and service taxes and international tax are applicable to sales processed by Platinum Runway.
Warranty & Consumer Guarantee
Platinum Runway provides full refunds for Goods purchased online if the Goods are within 10 days of purchase:
(a) Are faulty, not of acceptable industry quality, or unsafe; or
(b) Do not match the description of the goods given on the site, or given to you by any representative.
Note, goods that are damaged by you, or show wear and tear are not faulty.
If you believe Goods purchased by you are faulty or do not match the description given by Platinum Runway, please contact Customer Care. Platinum Runway reserves the right to repair minor defects in goods returned as faulty. You acknowledge and agree that you are obliged to accept goods which have been the subject of any such minor repair.
