We believe in quality, cheap and nasty is just not us. This has been our company’s key strength in the way we operate our business and the products we offer.

 

How do I return an item?
You have 10 business days from the date of receipt to return the item.
You must first register your request by emailing sales@platinumrunway.com, you will be presented with a return authorisation number (RA#) and return form. All details must be completed and enclosed with the returned goods. The goods must be wrapped in the original packaging and returned by registered post to Platinum Runway in the below format:

Track your order
Once your order is processed, you will receive a delivery tracking number from our partner shipping agent Australia Post

 

Where is my order?
Once our team receives the funds, within 24 – 48 business hours of purchase the item will be processed and shipped via our shipping agent Australia Post.

Please allow 2-5 business days for express shipping Australia wide. Note, Platinum Runway have no physical control over delays caused by third party postage companies. In some cases, covid still affects the deliveries.

 

Can I cancel or amend my order?
Please select your item carefully as we do not offer a change of mind or exchange service, any items purchased incorrectly will not have a refund option available once the payment is processed.

If you require an order to be amended, email sales@plainumrunway.com with your amendment details. This process is available if the item has not began the delivery process from our warehouse on your original order and orders amended must be with an item equal to or higher in value.

 

When will I get my refund for damaged items?
Please allow up to 10 working days for your returned parcel to be received at our Platinum Runway’s warehouse. Once processed via our team, a refund may take up to 10 working days to reach your account. If you haven’t heard from us after 15 working days of sending your parcel back, track your return below to see where it’s up to.
